These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by ABC Homes LLC ("ABC Homes," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

ABC Homes provides residential and commercial appliance repair and maintenance services throughout Massachusetts. Our technicians are factory-trained, EPA certified, and fully insured.

2. Service Call Fee

A non-refundable service call fee of from $95+ applies to all service visits. This fee covers the technician's travel, on-site diagnosis, and a detailed repair estimate.

  • If you approve the repair, the service call fee is waived and applied toward the total repair cost — you only pay for the repair itself.
  • If you decline the repair, you pay only the service call fee for the visit and professional diagnosis.

3. Estimates & Authorization

Any repair work beyond the initial diagnosis requires your explicit approval. The technician will provide a clear repair quote and confirm all rates with you before any work begins.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Deposits may be required for special-order parts. Payment card information is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.

5. Scheduling & Access

The customer must provide adequate access to the appliance and work area. If the technician determines conditions are unsafe or access cannot be provided, additional fees may apply if disclosed.

6. Warranty

Direct Jobs (Booked Through ABC Homes)

We provide a 90-day (3-month) limited warranty on all direct repair work. This warranty covers the labor performed and the parts replaced, limited to the original repaired defect.

Manufacturer / Insurance / Warranty Jobs

For service requests assigned by manufacturers, insurance companies, or home warranty administrators, warranty terms follow the assigning third party's policy, not exceeding 3 months unless required by law or contract.

7. Promotions & Discounts

ABC Homes may offer discretionary discounts of up to 10% for repeat customers, veterans, and seniors. These discounts are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABC Homes' total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
